    Warmest greeting by the girl at the cashier.

    So nice .

    I also get my chai tea with a lot of cinammon

    I've gotten over 100 chais in different Starbucks

    I don't know who made mine here but it was PERFECT!!

    Today was my first day working around here , so glad the nearest Starbucks is like this !!

    Simple: DO NOT TAKE DRIVE THRU! Unless you want to be there for 15 mins waiting.
    I've taken drive thru here several times, and it is EXTREMELY SLLLLOOOWWWW!
    And on top of that, they gave me a different order, when all I got was a caramel macchiato.
    Go inside instead; better experience.

    Definitely will consider going to another Starbucks.

    I was so thrilled Starbucks opened literally down the block from my house but unfortunately this particular store has some incompetent baristas. Twice in a row I ordered a vente vanilla late with one shot of expresso and the order either had an extra expresso shot (instead of only one shot which is important because my stomach can't take strong coffee drinks), or was missing the vanilla. Over the past year, my drink order has been wrong about half the time even though I politely repeat it twice to make sure it's written down correctly.  The drive through staff seems nice but in the store the customer service attitude is not as friendly.

    Also I wish they would improve this store and add chairs and tables instead of those strange standing areas. :(.

    Was in the area and in need of coffee  I ordered my ice coffee using the app and it was done in a few minutes. The staff were all friendly.
    They have the eco friendly cups so I had no need for a straw.

    They have a big parking lot and a drive thru in case you don't want to get down.
    I recommend using the app though because you save a ton of time.

    Samantha needs to learn how to say you're welcome & inform us when they're out of something BEFORE WE PAY then gives me a ugly face when I asked for my money back. If y'all work somewhere & hate it do the customers a favor & QUIT . Poor customer service
